Cancelling your account
You can cancel your TradeFlow account at any time. Here's what happens.
How to cancel
- Go to Billing & Plan.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
- After the billing period ends, your account enters a 30-day grace period.
- During the grace period, you can still log in and export your data.
- After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.
- Export your data first (Profile → Data Export). Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
- Download important documents (quotes, invoices as PDFs).

What happens next
Reactivating
During the grace period, go to Billing & Plan and click Reactivate to pick up where you left off. All your data is still there.
