Cancelling your account

You can cancel your TradeFlow account at any time. Here's what happens.

How to cancel

1. Go to Billing & Plan.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens next

• Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
• After the billing period ends, your account enters a 30-day grace period.
• During the grace period, you can still log in and export your data.
• After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.

Reactivating

During the grace period, go to Billing & Plan and click Reactivate to pick up where you left off. All your data is still there.

Before you cancel

• Export your data first (Profile → Data Export). Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
• Download important documents (quotes, invoices as PDFs).
