Exporting all your data

Your data is yours. You can export everything from TradeFlow at any time, no questions asked.

Full data export

1. Go to Profile → Data Export.
2. Click Export All Data.
3. TradeFlow generates a ZIP file containing CSVs of all your records: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, timesheets, inventory, and more.
4. Download the ZIP file.

What's included

• Clients: names, emails, phones, addresses.
• Jobs: titles, descriptions, statuses, values, dates.
• Quotes: all quotes with line items.
• Invoices: all invoices with line items and payment status.
• Timesheets: all clock-in/out records.
• Inventory: stock items and quantities.
• Photos: download links for all uploaded photos.

Weekly automatic backup

Enable Weekly Backup in your Profile to receive the full export by email every week. Peace of mind without lifting a finger.
