Email deliverability (Resend)

TradeFlow sends emails on your behalf for quotes, invoices, reminders, and notifications. Verifying your domain helps these emails reach your client's inbox instead of spam.

Why it matters

Emails sent from unverified domains often get flagged by spam filters. If your quotes and invoices land in spam, clients won't see them and you won't get paid on time.

How to verify your domain

1. Go to Business Settings → Email.
2. Enter your business domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au).
3. TradeFlow provides DNS records to add to your domain registrar.
4. Add the records (typically DKIM and SPF entries).
5. Click Verify. Verification usually takes a few minutes but can take up to 48 hours.

After verification

• Emails are sent from your domain (e.g. quotes@yourbusiness.com.au).
• Deliverability improves significantly.
• Replies from clients go to your business email.

Tips

• Check with your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, VentraIP, etc.) for how to add DNS records.
• If verification fails, double-check the records are copied exactly.
