The live job map

See all your jobs plotted on a map, colour-coded by status. Great for planning your day and spotting clusters of work in the same area.

How to access it

Click Job Map in the sidebar. The map centres on your business location and shows markers for every job with a valid address.

Colour coding

• Blue: Scheduled
• Orange: In Progress
• Green: Completed
• Red: Overdue or On Hold
• Grey: Lead / Quoted

Route planning

Click Day Route in the sidebar to plan the most efficient order for your jobs today. Enter your starting point, and TradeFlow plots the route with directions.

Filtering

Filter map markers by status, date range, assigned team member, or priority. Useful when you have hundreds of jobs and want to focus on what matters today.
