Photo documentation on jobs
Attach photos to any job to document the work. Essential for before/after shots, defect records, and client communication.
Adding photos
- Open a job and go to the Photos tab.
- Click Upload or drag and drop images.
- Pick a category: Before, During, After, or Issue.
- Add an optional note describing what the photo shows.
- Before: document the site condition when you arrive.
- During: progress shots while work is underway.
- After: the finished result.
- Issue: problems found on site (useful for variation quotes).
- Photos are stored securely in the cloud. No limit on the number per job.
- Download all photos from a job as a ZIP for your records.
- Photos appear in the job timeline alongside status changes and notes.
Categories
Client portal
If the client has portal access, they can see job photos you've shared. They can also upload their own photos (e.g. pictures of an issue before you arrive).
