Public lead capture forms

Lead forms are embeddable enquiry forms you can put on your existing website (or share as a direct link) so prospects can request a quote without phoning you.

Create a form

1. Go to Leads → Forms → + New Form.
2. Set a title ("Get a quote") and a slug for the URL ("quote-request").
3. Choose which fields to show: name (always), email, phone, company, message.
4. Customize the brand colour and thank-you message.
5. Toggle Email me when someone submits and/or SMS me (requires Twilio).
6. Save → your form is live at /enquiry/your-slug.

Embed on your website

Click the Embed button on any form to get three options:

• Direct URL: paste into your email signature, social bio, business cards
• HTML link: anchor tag for a "Get a Quote" button on your site
• iframe snippet: drops the full form into your site, auto-resizing to fit. Works with Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, plain HTML.

What happens when someone submits

• A new lead is created in your Leads pipeline (status: New).
• You get an email and/or SMS notification (if enabled).
• You get a push notification (if you've enabled push in Profile).
• The lead can be progressed: New → Contacted → Qualified → Won/Lost.
• One click converts a Won lead into a Job + Quote.
