Working the leads pipeline
The leads pipeline tracks every enquiry from first contact to winning (or losing) the work.
Pipeline stages
- New: fresh lead, not yet contacted.
- Contacted: you've responded to the enquiry.
- Qualified: the lead is a good fit and you're preparing a quote.
- Won: the client said yes. Convert to a Job + Quote.
- Lost: didn't go ahead. Record the reason for future reference.
- Lead forms: public enquiry forms on your website.
- Online booking: clients who book an appointment.
- Manual entry: add leads directly from the Leads page.
- Email-to-lead: forward enquiry emails to your TradeFlow inbox.
- Add notes to each lead as you progress it through stages.
- Filter by source to see which channels bring in the most work.
- The dashboard shows your lead conversion rate.
Where leads come from
Converting a lead
When a lead reaches Won, click Convert to Job. This creates a new job linked to the client and optionally generates a quote from the lead details.
