Giving clients portal access

The client portal gives your clients a private link where they can view their jobs, quotes, invoices, and photos. No login required.

How to generate a portal link

1. Go to Clients and open a client.
2. Click Generate Portal Link.
3. Copy the link and send it to your client (by email, text, or however you communicate).

What clients see

• Jobs: status, description, scheduled dates, and progress.
• Quotes: view and accept/decline quotes online.
• Invoices: view invoices and pay via the Stripe Pay Now button.
• Photos: before/during/after photos you've shared on their jobs.

Security

• Each portal link is unique and tied to one client.
• Links contain a secure token. No password or login needed.
• You can revoke a portal link at any time from the client page, which immediately disables access.

Tips

• Include the portal link in your email signature so clients always have it handy.
• Portal access reduces phone calls asking "what's the status of my job?"
