Reports overview

The Reports page gives you a clear picture of how your business is performing. All data is pulled from your real jobs, quotes, and invoices.

Available reports

• Revenue: total invoiced amount by month, quarter, or year.
• Profitability: revenue minus job costs, showing your margin per job.
• Jobs: job counts by status, completion rates, average job value.
• Quotes: quotes sent vs accepted, conversion rate, average quote value.
• Invoices: paid vs outstanding vs overdue, average days to payment.
• Cash Flow: money coming in vs going out over time.

Filtering

Filter any report by:

• Date range: this week, this month, this quarter, custom range.
• Client: see reports for a specific client.
• Team member: see reports for a specific worker.
• Trade type: compare performance across different services.

Tips

• Check the Dashboard for a quick summary. Go to Reports for the full detail.
• Use the Cash Forecast page for forward-looking projections based on scheduled work and outstanding invoices.
• Export any report as PDF or CSV for your accountant.
