Account security

Keep your TradeFlow account secure with these built-in features.

Password

• Use a strong, unique password for your TradeFlow account.
• Change your password any time from Profile → Security.
• If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. You'll receive a reset email.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

• Go to Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
• Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
• Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup.
• After enabling, you'll need both your password and a code from the app to sign in.

Sessions

• TradeFlow keeps you signed in for convenience.
• Sign out from the sidebar if you're on a shared device.
• All sessions are secured with encrypted cookies.

Tips

• Enable 2FA. It's the single best thing you can do for account security.
• Don't share your login credentials with team members. Invite them to their own account instead.
• Review your Team page regularly and remove anyone who no longer needs access.
