SMS notifications via Twilio

Get instant text messages when important events happen in TradeFlow. Requires a Twilio account.

What triggers an SMS

• A new lead is submitted via a lead form.
• A client books an appointment.
• A quote is accepted or declined.
• An invoice is paid.

Setup

1. Create a free Twilio account at twilio.com.
2. Get a phone number from Twilio (Australian numbers available).
3. Copy your Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number.
4. Go to Integrations in TradeFlow and enter the Twilio credentials.
5. Enable the notifications you want.

Costs

Twilio charges per SMS. Australian messages cost a few cents each. Check Twilio's pricing page for current rates. TradeFlow does not add any markup.

Tips

• SMS is faster than email for time-sensitive alerts like new leads.
• Combine with push notifications for maximum coverage.
• You can choose which events trigger SMS and which are email-only.
