Clock in/out with GPS

Team members can track their hours directly from TradeFlow. Each clock-in records the time and GPS location.

How to clock in

1. Open the Timesheets page (or tap My Jobs on mobile).
2. Select the job you're working on.
3. Tap Clock In. Your location is recorded.
4. When you finish, tap Clock Out.

What gets recorded

• Start and end time.
• Duration (calculated automatically).
• GPS coordinates at clock-in and clock-out.
• The job it's linked to.
• Optional notes (e.g. "Waiting for materials 30 min").

Break tracking

You can clock out for a break and clock back in. Each segment is recorded separately and totalled for the day.

Viewing your hours

The Timesheets page shows a weekly summary with daily breakdowns. Filter by team member, job, or date range.
